About Teri

Uniquely positioned in the Wyoming real estate market as a REALTOR and Wyoming attorney*, Teri combines complex knowledge, expertise and skill for the benefit of her commercial, investment and luxury residential clients. Teri provides a deep understanding of the Cheyenne real estate market combined with the negotiation, financial and transactional skills necessary for the highest level real estate strategy. 

Teri has skillfully negotiated and closed hundreds of real estate transactions for her clients, totaling nearly 100M. In 2024, Teri earned the prestigious CCIM designation, a rigorous education and production award. Teri is one of only two women in the state of Wyoming to hold this important designation. 

Born and raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming Teri obtained her degree at Emory University (Atlanta, GA) and earned her J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law, where she served on the Wyoming Law review and passed the bar in 2010. While in private practice, Teri developed a knack and passion for real estate strategy and performance. 

As a REALTOR, Teri strives to provide her clientele with the highest caliber of expertise, service and professionalism in any real estate transaction. Her goal is to educate clients about the market while guiding them to make the best decisions possible in their real estate endeavors.
